Witbank police station service very poor

I am really dissatisfied and dissappointed with Witbank police station with the way they are handling my ***** case, FNB was very swift and came forward with everything to assist me, but the police cant simply go to court and request for subpoena so they can arrest the culprit, they dont call or update on anything, it's been 3 months now M***xm
