Why are people so miserable on the West Coast?

Moving from Cape Town to retire in Langebaan was a mistake as service levels on the west coast are absolutely low friendliness from service providers non existent with exceptions such as Sammy, Francios ( franchise owner) and Yanga from Spec Savers Laguna Mall who brought out the sun again with their friendly demeanour caring nature and willingness to assist. On the other hand and what a surprise SAPS Langebaan here I can only speak about staff in the charge office or as it is now called community office are so friendly and helpful. I have been at their offices on at least four occassions and was not disappointed on each occasion. From having documents certified or attested to laying ******** charges and voluntarily handing in my fire arm their professionalism and friendilness was consistent. The same however cannot be said for Club Mykonos management who still practice separate policies for the previously advantaged. One only have to look at their employment practices at top management level and ********.
