Where is my PCC?

Hello,<br> I have been waiting for my police clearance certificate for a month now. On the website it says 14 working days. When I call, no one has answered the phone on the telephone number provided on the website since last week Friday. Whenever I call a different extension (as provided by head office or complaint hotline) people who are answering are incredibly rude. I just want information regarding my certificate, I paid R96 for it. Where is my service? I am desperate as I will be deported next week should I not hand in my visa documents.<br> Best,<br> Antonia
