Westonaria police worst service deliverers

Hello Peter Westonaria police station has the poorest service ever, yesterday 18/08/2019 my partner was attacked by two guys with an iron bar in his head which left two horrible stitched wounds they dragged him inside a person's yard after falling wanting to finish him off there and was helped by a friend,they went to the police station to report the case he was never offered any assistance by the constable taking his statement he kept on dragging him from office to office while bleeding,weak and dizzy,the same guys who attacked him came to the police station and where allowed to live and go home with no case opened, I personally called the constable who was handling the case he kept on laughing at me over the phone and saying I can do what I want,I don't understand if it's a xenophobia issue the constable has or his silly and is abusing authority,head injuries are a serious matter that needs to be treated as such and attempted ****** is a serious case to allow protestors to walk freely, please assist before anyone else die because of this negligence
