We our disrespected and offered poor service

Went to Mahikeng Police Station in town to certify. There was a queue and our people were so miserable and the Cops kept doing in and out but after a while a police lady came and started helping. With a humbled voice I said to her that they don't treat us well and she asked if she needs to answer and I gave her go ahead. She told me as she don't do that and she doing us a favour and I responded by saying that we don't want favours but service. She told me how I can't say anything to her and even started to use volgar words and told me she'll never help me.
