We being ****ed by man because of poor service

It Friday the 13th today, I opened a case at Nyibaba police station in mdantsane with case number (57/03/2020) of a person contravining protection order and warrant officer K. Maso was allocated to me that will be my investigation officer, I came to the police station on Monday with my protection order and warrant of arrest that was granted to me on the 5th February 2020. The person was not arrested but in my docket it shows that he was for this matter, warrant officer said to me, "my case doesn't have weight and the prosecutor will dismiss the case".On the 12th February 2020,I went to the station commander to complain about him and he was told to go with me to the Senior prosecutor, we arrived there with my docket and the warrant was told to charge him and must appear in court today the 13th. Warrant officer told me not come but I told him it's my case I will go. I was there so was he, I waited and he was not on the roll to appear today at court, when the magistrate said he is done for the day I went to enquire about the case and the a police that was there said "a policeman came here to tell us that this person is in hospital because he was assaulted by other inmates" then I said no he is here outside then I was told to call him for which I did. When he was being asked that where was he the prosecutor dismissed him without him even saying a word, when he was leaving the clerk called him and said she was still talking to him and asked was he arrested and he said no whilst he is talking to her a friend of his is busy calling him. He was asked that does he know what he is not supposed to do he said he only heard yesterday but he was served on the 13th of December 2019. Then I was advised to go to the Senior prosecutor then I went she told me that the same prosecutor that was dismissing him is the one that did not see need for him to be on the roll for today whilst her supervisor said this person must appear in court. I feel that he paid them or they know him.
