Walmer SAPS has no phones or computers

On 2 February 2020 I was held up at Dales Supermarket in Mount Pleasant Port Elizabeth at gun point . The shop was being ******. Fortunantly no was injured . I have tried 3 times to report the incident at the Walmer police station. I have been unable to. Every time I go they tell me that they have no phones no computers a the server does not work. They cannot tell me who the Warrent officer is that is handeling the case . I have left my cellphone number and asked that they ask the warrent officer to phone me when they can find him to phone me so that I can make a statement. I am amazed that a police station in an upmarket suburb has no phones and computers how does it operate.

Please advise as to whom I can take this matter to .
