Violations of Human Rights
I am running a TSHISANYAMA business.SAPS Harare Police Station violated my rights when i was busy doing a honest living demanding a bribe in order my business to run smoothly saying if i dont they will take my sound system that i am using to entertain my customers while they are enjoying their Braai Meat. Saturday the 20th March they can and took my sound system without granting any notification or something is written specifying why are they taking my music instead they used they power because they are police officers and insulted me and my customers and left i managed to take down one of their registration number BTJ 023 B. One of my customers was hit by their car in this event.

24 Mar 2021, 11:31On the 24th March 2021 i went to meet up with Station Commander of Harare Police Station she tryed to resolved the matter but i am not happy with the outcome of the matter. As she instructed one of her employees to do the paperwork in order to get our Sound system back while we waited Captain Mayiza Angey to us and again violated our rights inside the police station showing no remorse of what he did was inappropriat to take take someone belonging in their premises without producing an document or what so ever and told me he doesn't care of what the station says he is going to go and take our sound music again because we are not allowed but he is not willing to show us on what grounds and he doesn't care for as long we dont cooperat / bribe him it seems he is willing to shutdown my business for good without producing any documentation coming from them or court why we not allowed to entertain our customers during our operations hours.
