Very very poor service

All of the law abiding citizens of south africa is having big issues with the Central firearm registration in Pretoria . Hunting season is about to start and license applications are still in progress after 6 months or more its unbelievable how people can take so long with it . Please can someone tell me and the rest of south africa why we need to wait forever for n gun license?
