Very unhappy with the service from Elisies River Police Staion in Cape Town.

Good day I reported a case at the Vereeniging police station about my phone that was ****** in Cape Town while we were on holiday the service was great they helped me to open a case until the file was transferred to Elsies River Police station the Sgt who took over my case only called me once and ever since I never received once single call from him I phoned him twice and left several messages with a guy called( Mr Sols) and left two of my contact numbers but so he has not made an effort to call me (Sgt Sakati). I am not impressed with the service at all but we are told to put our your hands these

I am not sure if he knows how stressful this whole situation is for me these people hacked my phone and stole money from my cheque account ,credit card, American Swiss and recently from my Jet account. I sorted out my American Swiss account on my own they were able able to reverse all those online purchases they made online for the amount of +- R10000.00,can someone please take over this case who will be more capable to assist the case number 227/2/2019 luckily I found the box with the serial number which will make your job much easier to catch these ****s by tracing my phone it happened at the V @ A Water Front on the 31/12/2018 please contact me on the this number **********
