Very poor service and negligent in every espect of the word

Monday my phone and some money got ****** with my girlfriend by 6 young men around king williamstown. Luckily there are people that saw this who know one of these men and they knew where one of them lives, so i decided to go to the police station. The segent that we were venting to told me straight to my face that he wasn't going to assist me anymore in finding these guys all because when we got to where the guy lives there wasn't any response. The gate was locked which came to no suprise to me. The segent that assisted me was rude and never assisted me any further and when i told him my girlfriend is also a witness plus a couple of guys that saw this he never payed mind to that, horrible experience. Im not sure what his name is but he has a scar in his face and dark in complexion. He was working night shift yesterday and today.
