very disappointed in our South African police

I have reported this matter before and have not received any feedback

My case was referred from Vereeniging police station to Elsies River polica station I only received a call from the policeman on that day when the file transferred and it was the last time he spoke to me.

I phoned several times and left messages with my phone numbers but he did not get back to me . What kind of service is that from our police you tell me????????????????????
