Verbal abuse encountered from Captain at Kagiso Police Station.

I literally encountered verbal abuse from the Captain Ramarope on duty at Kagiso police station..casually dressed, not in uniform, no name badge to be identified. Only went there to request a case number and an affidavit little did I know that, 'I'll be addressed as "a special attention seeker". He asked me, if I'm coming to instruct him on how to do his job as he refused for me to be helped together with Mudau by opening a case, stating that my dispute is not worthy of opening a case. He asked, why do they entertain me? He instructed " Whosoever gives out my name, will stand in line to lose their job" when I asked for his name. Disturbing, disappointing, dissatisfying encounter at the Kagiso police station. Perceived the police station to be a haven of safety, little did I know....
