Metro police are just usseless , not assisting regarding enforcing bylaws ,to assist with ****** .nuisance,harrasing neighbours after 22:00 at night , the neighbours drive drunk without any licences ans still gets away with it metro refuses to assist due to white reporting black .******.unprofessional city of tshwane emoyees.refusal to assist .noreportingline.
