Useless SAPS West-rand

As we all are very well fami**** with, Our SAPS Police Service (SAPS) is by far the most un-trustable law enforcement agency ever. My vehicle was reported ****** in mid 2017. For two years with hundreds of dead end phone calls and visits did I finally got hold of the investigating Officer. I was even more shocked when he asked me to supply him with airtime on his prepaid phone which will enable him to get hold of me?! The vehicle was spotted 5 times during a 5 year period and yet SAPS did not respond with enough urgency which resulted in the vehicle casually disappearing over the horizon. Today (122 months later) I received a SMS stating that my case will be closed due to to the lack of evidence/leads.

Now for the whole duration of 5+ years was I never contacted, visited or even assured that "somebody" is investigating my case.

I will now use the necessary force needed if my vehicle is spotted again for I am now prepared to take the law into my own hands.
