Useless Police Service

I reporter a case 2 weeks back with all evidence and information that I have and all I have received since then is a case number and the assigned investigator. I have been trying to call them with no response and today I called and the investigator was not in his office every time I called. There is no way forward and I am told at the BP garage where the crime happened that the footage deletes itself after 3 weeks to create space and no one is available at Kirstenhof police station for me to notify them.

There is a footage of the crime and *********, their car registration and address but nothing has been done.
