useless police

im really dissapointed by the kagiso police service in kagiso they can't help you even if you have proof. I went there to report theft that my phone was ****** from me and I went there with the address and all the neccessary information. and I had a device showing the exact locatio of my phone but they told me I need to open a case and blacklist my phone. how can I block my phone because it won't show the location. kagiso police station has very poor service and they are really really useless.
