Useless crime promoters

I find it annoying that police always preach working together with communities to combat crime but when one makes a call to that 10111 inefficient call center to report a crime especially one related to drug dealers, they don’t bother to investigate or show up. What a bunch of losers we have to solve crimes, such a pathetic experience I had, no professionalism nor sense of urgency. What a mess we have as police
