Useless

Even with an address of the person who stole my phone, the tole me i have to wait for an ITC number before they will take action on the perpetrator... i tried for 15 min to explain that the person gave the address and then turned off the fully charged phone but they still told me to await the ITC number that would take more than 3 hours to attain... even with the address of the person and possible identification, they refused to help me.
