UNRESPONSIVENESS OF THE POLICE

If there was a rating below 1 star I would have definitely given SAPS that one. I was busy on my computer when I heard a loud bang outside my home around 23h00. Upon investigating I saw a man hitting a street lamp pole relentlessly. My immediate response was to call 10111 which was not answered, then I called the local police staion.....no response. This is disappointing and sad, what if that crazy man was attacking a person or even worse I was being attacked?
