I went on medical retirement on 2015/06/30. Have been submitting my forms from april 2015 in order to receive my monthly payment. Everytime my forms went in there was a fault with eventually the forms was submitted to the GEPF. On the 26/08/2015 received message statin my application was sent back to my HR Office. So I contacted my HR office and spoke to Mike. who stated I must fill in the banking forms again. Which I Did even thou can barely walk I went to the bank. And submitted the forms. I contact mike on the 2015/09/01 and he acknowledge receipt of the form. When I contact the Gepf on the 16/09/2015 they stated they still waiting for my form. I then contact terminations at head office and spoke to prince who stated my forms are given in on the 07/08/2015. Then he said the bank form was not submitted and told it was via mike from province Gauteng.<br> Then was given some number in head office to speak to people. But as normal nobody answers phones. I am about to be kicked out of my medical aid, have not been making payments on accounts as have not received any payment. When you join the police everything done quickly but when you get injured and need SAPS help then nobody to help.
