Unprofessional & Rude!!

Horrible service from De Deur police station on the 19th October. Four of the staff (women) verbally attacked me for stating that their service was poor. I lodged a complaint via email address provided for their CSC same day however nobody responded to me. When I call the station to speak to the station commander their landlines don't ring at all its as if they've put their phones off the hook. I even called 10111 and they confirmed the numbers to be correct they have actually spoken to someone there the same day. When leaving the station I told them I would report the matter, they rep**** by saying: " go ahead what are you waiting for?" do you think we are bothered.
