Unprofessional Forensics

I am at SAPS Phokeng forensic since this morning at 9am. First of all they asked us to hurry because they close at 10am.At 12:30 they let us view the wrong body and then they told us that the body is at another mortuary and they are going to fetch it but his file is with them. It is not 2pm and we are still waiting. Last weekend they gave the wrong body to the wrong family so it seems to be a norm. They didn't even apologies to us, instead they are telling us they're doing us a favor for opening until this time but we were here at 9am. My cousin was ******ed this side and a lot of people are ******ed because forensic does not care.
