I resigned from saps in october 2014. My file reached cape town head office at the 25 november 2015. After that it reached pretoria head office(service termination) at january 2015. Everything went accordingly, until it reached a man known as david maohela. He email me docs to be signed because he said my signature differs from other docs. I said ok and send docs back and speed courier the originals that i signed on as well. After 3 days i called to ask if he received the docs,he said he want it by hand and it's not his problem if the post office dropped the docs at the reception. Which mean my docs was laying in reception for 4 days because the time of delivery he was not in his office. The 3 month period expired 2015 february 25, and the bank already took my car back because of non-payment. The GEPF dept said they are not the problem because they wait for SAPS to send the docs,which means it's a system which is used to spite us members, because they don't care if you lose everything. And as david maohela said via telephone to me: IT'S NOT HIS PROBLEM. So, brig. malila, I don't know how you let this stuff happened in your dept. But you have a responsibility also. Remember that.
