Unit *** Pathetic

I opened a case on the 20 September for a ****** car, received an sms stating the investigating officers name and till to date no feedback from anyone. It's a month old, I call the number above they've hanged up on me more than 8 times already after 1000 rings. The service is appalling and to think that this are the very same people I pay with my 8000 tax deducted monthly for this stinking service. You need to really evaluate your system, you have lazy people occupying jobs they don't value. Very disappointed and ashamed, have no faith in our justice, I don't feel safe at all. <br> Mulaudzi tells me **** that they can't dial certain numbers, but why not try alternative contact? Why ask for my emails address if you're not going use it? really disgusted.
