Unfair treatment from SAPS

Today I went to Johannesburg Central Police Station and I was not getting any help as soon as I did the police officer that was assisting me said I should stamp for myself and I refused he then left me there and said I don't want to stamp so he's leaving and said he was doing me a favor because he has better things to do. This officer left me there, he is short and he wears specs and definitely is not South african... he was not wearing uniform. I waited for more than 10minutes with no help and police officers were moving up and down not doing anything to assist people. Above all Mr Mndhlovu who saw what happened came to the rescue. Most South african police are rude and mean, they use their power to intimidate us and we are public servants as well.
