Unfair treatment and violation of human rights

How is a case closed without the applicant being informed of the progress. I openned a case at the rabie ridge police station. The person was arrested and later got bail. My brother and i tried to follow up on case but was sent from pillar to post by the investigating officer till we gave up. Today i received a text advising me that the case is closed and withdrawn from court and the reason is alternative dispute resplution. I give up on getting justice, what about me??
