Unfair treatment

On Sunday the 23rd of May 2021 I called Norkem Park police station in Kempton Park to report a dispute between me and my neighbors who have been harassing me and my kids since we moved in the area. The officer I spoke with said that they could not help its not their matter I should call municipality offices. They never came out to see what was going on. I'm a single mother who lives with kids and grandchildren alone in the house and my neighbors is white men.
