UNCOOPERATIVE

On Sunday night while traveling from Nelspruit to Pretoria I knocked a stray dog and damaged my headlight. The next day, I went to SAPS (Villieria-16 Eland St, Pretoria) to fill a police report. The officer who is responsibly for police reports told me that she will not fill in a report for me because she does not have Mpumalanga's SAPS postal address! She told me to go back to Mpumalanga to report the accident!<br> <br> Incompetence!!! <br> Incompetence!!! <br> Incompetence!!!
