Transfer for a Medical Unfit Warrant Officer in service for 30+ years

Hi I'm writing this review on behalf of my dad Hlengani John Manganyi (Warrant Officer at the Hilbrow police station). He got a major head injury in 2011 which saw him in hospital for the next 2 years with no pay which we understand. He also had a memory loss is he is still not in good condition till the present day , but his back at work. He put in for a transfer to the Mokopane police station or anything in Polokwane in order to be next my Mom (His Wife) cause she can take care of his conditions better than we can (Me and my Brother). It's been years now and nothing is happening and now we need someone who can help with his transfer cause its been more than 8 years now. It is very sad and unacceptable to see someone who's been in the force for more than 30 years yet the treatment is just poor. If there is someone who can assist kindly contact him on *** (John). Your help will be much appreciated before he suffers more and the worst happens to him. This is just poor service for a Warrant officer (His Rank).
