Too arrogant to even complete a report

The attitude of the front desk officer this evening was appalling. She was either answering us in single words, arguing that she knew what she was doing or watching Mazansi on TV which was way too loud anyway. She shoved the complaint form towards us, would not let me as the owner of the Cell contract complete the form, insisted that my 18 year old son completes the form as it was his phone that was ****** and then criticises him when he needed me to give him his ID number and she commented more than 3 times on his hand writing. We could not get a case number as there was loads of cases to put through. We looked at the staff sitting there and they were all every last one of them watching the big screen TV, not one had a pen or telephone in their hand. The lack of empathy towards our loss was astounding.
