they just do not care

<p>I called 10111 to report a group of people singing on the street from 11pm till 5:18am. A lady sent a vehicle out. They stoped one the vehicle left they started again i called 10111 they put me through to Durban Central Police station. The lady who answered said I WILL TRY TO SEND SOMEONE OUT. And she never did. Guess her try meant never. I do not blame people for taking the law into their own hands S.A's law is a shame.</p>
