They are of no HELP

My wife was ****** at knive point of her belongings yesterday at Chris Hani Mall, after the whole ordeal, she went to the police station to open a case of *******, however, the police officer on day duty decided to write an affidavit and insisted that there was no need to open a case.<br> <br> How will these perpetrators be tracked without a case and an investigating officer. She could clearly describe one of the ****** but nex the police did not take her statement.<br> <br> Our malls are now improved, there are cameras all over the mall, at ATMS etc, how will we see the footage if we do not have the case.<br> <br> All they do all day long is certify documents and drink alcohol the whole time. Last week there was a road block where I was stopped and the police officer who stopped me was smelling like the brewery itself - is this how our tax money must be treated?<br> <br> I am very much disappointed at this office - I think they should just shut down the station all together, it does not serve the community at all.<br> <br> Every month there are stats showing the different crimes commited in our area - where do these stats come from if they can't open cases instead insist on affidavits and written in their wrotten englis
