These traffic police officers are useless

I was driving on Lynwood rd a few days ago. A taxi driver turn into my lane in front of me very dangerously that I had to kick on the brake pedal.

I saw no opologize or signs of feeling sorry from his side.

Luckily (well I considered it as a LUCK by then) there was a police woman standing there at the T-junction guiding the cars and she witnessed the incident so, before the taxi drives away I called her and asked her to please stop the taxi and warn him that he needs to drive more carefully.

The police officer then laughed and said: I told him before but, he never listens.

The taxi driver on the other side was watching us from his side mirror and I clearly saw that he also laughed.

I was so shocked by that moment and, I was doubting if I really spoke to a police officer or a super low self confidence 5 yrs old kid!!!

Well at least they are very good in one job: Do you have a cold drink for me in your car sir? Or maybe something that I can use to buy it (you know because they're so polite, they don't want to say the word "money").
