Theft case opened ON THE 10/06/2019 but no feedback sa yet

Good day I have opened the case from Pretoria Central Police Station(case no 501/6/2019) on the 10-06-2019 regarding the money that was deposited from Ackermans and withdrawn by someone from Absa Atm Andries street in Pretoria, i haven't get any feedback from the police station or from the person who is handling the case. i keep on calling but still the feedback that i am receiving from warrant officer Mlamla doesn't satisfy me, I am the one who is always calling them for feedback but still I don't get proper answer. W/o Mlala ordered me to come to police station after the call that I gave him ,but my husband went there he said he has a number of cases that he need to attend , he cannot just skip other case and assist us . so my question is how long does it take for the police to go and request the footage from the bank ?. According to my knowledge each an every company has a certain time on keeping the footage.
