The worst service ever

On the 7th August 2015 I visited the SAPS Krugersdorp. There we're 2 officers ( Tong and white female officer).I was shocked to find out that a woman with a baby is left to queue, even worse in April when I was 8 months pregnant I was left to queue. Now there were 2 woman on the queue with babies, myself and the other lady. Having to queue for an hour, officer Tong is unbelievably slow. Its like he has no interest in attending to the citizens. The other officer white woman was so on point, there was progress with her. Finally I get to be next in line, I get to Tong. He says to me I'm also going to cause him to work slow, I asked him why do you work slowly? He gets mad and start cursing and saying he won't help me. So he took his oath to serve people and yet this is how the serves. The attitude he carried was unbelievably rude.
