The service is bad

My sister's baby passed away yesterday we've been waiting for Alberton police station to come and do a post-mortem so the funeral can be arranged from yesterday around 11 a.m. till now the baby still in the hospital and we are running around after the police to come and do their job how disgusting my sister is going through the most and still needs to go around going after the police just for them to come and do a post-mortem for a 2 month year old baby the service in this country honestly it's disgusting. Sure if they're working with Mulbarton netcare because they don't want to do the post-mortems so they can charge my family a large amount of money
