The police have failed us

I received a call from my husband around 13h30 that there has been a burglary at my flat in Linmeyer and as I was leaving work I called Moffatt View police station alerting them about the burglary and they did not come. They had called them before several times until I arrived there they had not come out, at 4pm we then went to the police station to fetch them and when we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes to get a police officer to come with us, when we got to my flat the police just wrote the statement, they did not take any fingerprints and said those guys have gloves so we can touch, they asked me if I have receipts of the things that were ****** and said if I see any of the things that were taken at the pawn shop i should call them, we have witnesses and footage of the incident and they did not bother and said an investigator will call us today but nothing has been done and we are still waiting
