<p>A foreigner has broken into our property . we gave him a good hiding and then called the police . they set him free with us paying his doctor fee of R200 and R300 to the officer so he can drop the charges against us.next day this foreigner goes to court to get a protection order against us . how did the court grant him any rights over us,yet he did not have proof of his id</p>
