The lack of Service

<p>We recently acquired a home in Glenwood Durban unable to live in the home due to a mental vagrant who sleeps in front of the driveway gate if u ask him to move he goes off into a rage busting bottles throwing bricks and all sorts of items found on the roadside.my vehicle widows was bust out once as he tried to hit my wife with a iron bar narrowly missing her head.</p> <p>Action taken numerous calls made to umbilo police station the responding officers come out and watch him walk away then they say he is mental and fled the scene we can't do anything calls made to 10111 same outcome umbilo officers come out stand around wait for him to walk away and their response is his not harming anyone there is nothing they can do </p> <p>I have to rent an apartment while paying bond for a property I can't live in my wife is 6 months pregnant with this vagrant throwing a rage and attacking us why is our saps so slack not willing to protect the public and have him instituted </p>
