Good day. l would like to thank the Medowlands Police team Led by officer Ndlovu for a wonderful experience and professionalism they gave me. My 2006 ford ranger bakkie was stollen in the early hours of the 3rd of June 2014.My bakkie has no insurance, no tracker due to affordability,This bakkie is my source of income that supports my family. I was woken up by one officer Ndlovu who had arrested the ******* that had stollen the only source of income l have. Officer Ndlovu advised me that he had found my bakkie as he was doing his patrols in the early hours of that morning.He had stopped a bakkie as a usual stop and search ,upon serching the vehicle he realised that something was Just not looking right,he investigated further and he was very certain that the vehicle was stollen. When the driver/***** realised that he had been bursted,he offered to bribe the officers so that they can let him go with stollen vehicle,officer Ndlovu and his team refused to take the bribe and went ahead to arrest the ***** and detain him at the Medowlands Poloce Station. When Officer Ndlovu called me to come and identify the vehicle,l shed a tear as l was both confused and relieved, l went outside to check if what the officer was saying was not a prank and was met with the sad reality that it was all true.l rushed to Medowlands police station where upon introducing myself was treated like a king.The whole team was up to speed,they were so proffessional,the lady and the gentleman that opend the case wow!!!!! I am not very fami**** with the ranks but some big bosses including a white old officer came to me just to see that l was alright,they organized the crime prevention team to escort me to SAPS 13 where my vehicle was to be cleared.

l would really like to appreciate a Job well done,these officers were above par! Welldone to all of them,Welldone you the leadership of that station,Keep up the good work,keep looking after us the little guys who have no voices.Ngiyabonga inkosi inenzele kahle.
