Swartkoops Police Station staff ARE ********* and are lazy

I opened a case in December 2018 for phone theft and there was a witness the person who stole my phone got arrested (in January on the 5th 2019)and released a week later the detective didn't even inform me and the Detective and the Captain of detectives at Swartkoops Police Station in Port Elizabeth keep telling me my phone is being traced but when I went to go open the case the captain told me I wasn't suppose to block it because it won't be traceable now they are telling me it's being traced for 3 months they have been "tracing" it, which it's a lie the Swartkoops Police Station staff is lazy and very *********, the detective handling my case when I call him his always at training or his on leave, his never at the office.
