I had a protection order against my sisters in law and brother in law. The case finished 1st November 2019, they not allowed to come here until the world is sorted. We've been living here for 3years before the passing of my mother in law. On the 5th February 2021 my sister in law, Edwina came here, swearing, video recording because we installed a motor gate. I asked her to leave and that she knows that she not allowed to be here. As I try and close the gate she pushes me and that's where I pushed her off the gate. I closed the gate. She still slap my sons phone out of his hand. I called the SAP ***. The officers came but she was gone. I explained to them that my protection order just finished last year. They told me I cannot open a case and that I must go on Monday 8th February 2021to the family court and takeout another protection order.

On Sunday 7th February about 15:00. I saw a lot of police officers at the gate. I asked my cousin not to open but to ask what the problem is. When I went to the gate. I saw the same officers I called the previous day and I asked them what the problem is because they couldn't help me the previous day. I walked away from the gate. I dont know what happened thereafter. I believe they requested two officers to jump over to break the gate open. My familywas left with no choicebut to open and let then in. My son was recording them. One of the offices, grab his phone delete the videos and also damaged hi screen. Next minute when I came out of the house they were easily 10-15 officers in the yard. Theresa were 5-6 dresses in uniform ons the rest in private clothes. Next minute there were four on me saying that they must arrest me for GBH assualt. I havent assualt anyone but once again like I said my brother in law is a lawyer and he is organizing all the. The policeman are all from different situations. The four grab me and hurt my,I instantly Instantly hot a seizure and soiled myself. They didn't care a dame. They hurt my wrists and one nearly broke my hand. My son told him that he is going to break my hand. He told my son to shut up or he will arrest him as well. How do you think my kids must feel, seeing their mother handcuff and ******** arrested. These cops were arrogant, handling me like a dog . They have no mercy, no compassion etc.. Its traumatize, although I was not at my full mind. I was very confused. They through me in the van and the sister's and brother in laws were rejoicing and recorded everything.

I couldn't help myself because I had a seizure as well. I was bumping my head, sliding around because they didn't care

All I remembered was at the police station my husband carried me out of the van. He told me I had an attack. I had a massive headache and in pain as they handcuff me. I was taken without a mask from home, at the station without a mask, in the cell without a mask. Picture, fingers etc was done that night. I was only released at 20:30. I'm si traumatized, i can't sleep, suffering from depression and anxious. My seizures are getting worse because of what I went through. On Monday 8th February 2021, I appeared in court, 3/4. This is real heaven cases. I wasn't comfortable at all because I'm innocent and this is what i went through. I was in so much pain... I asked the prosecutor when will they call me because I was really not well. She told me the all of the sudden, everyone is not feeling well. I said she must not compare me with the other people. They have no manace, sympathy or compassion. What I don't understand, the person that open the case against me left already and I had to sit and wait for my name to be called. I was only called after 16:00 just to findout that the case is postponed to 4th March 2021.

What makes them so special. Is it because he's a lawyer and thinks he above the law. There is no justices. Innocent people get arrested. I open a case against the police officers. The the Booysens state commander referred me to the colonel to assist by opening a case. Case 4/40/2/1/1/60.

The rest of the officers must be from Mondeo and city of JHB.

Pleasei wouldn't like you to brought it under the media attention.can this be brought understand the media.

The law society should also beware of how the law get misused..
