stupid police men and wemen

<p>Last night 21/05/2016 at about 18h00,a neighbour 2 plots away( about half a kilometer) started very loud music. This morning,22/05/2016, I called from my celphone 10111 and was cut off. then I called Kameeldrift police station and reported this noise at 04h50 to a warrant officer. At 05h20 I called 911 and they put me trough to 10111 and in the middle of my complaint they hung up on me. I called Kameeldrift again and they said that the patrole van could not find the place and they could not hear the noise. At 05h35 I called the station again and the constable adviced me to go in to the police station and talk to the commander. I think that the government can close down this station.</p>
