****** and recovered vehicle

On the 16 Jan 2015 my car Mazda Rusler 1.6i Fuel injector bantum bakkie white in colour REG MMT 545 GP was ****** at South Gate Virgin Active and i reported the case at Mondeor Police station the very same day my case number was CAS 295/1/2015, and mid February Constable Nakana called me and tell me my car was recoverd in Florida i should come and identify the car i went and found out that it was my car he told me because the was ****** before and recovered the information of the car is in Pretoria so he will have to go there and once he recieve it he will be able to release the car ,ever since then i have been calling him and each time i call him the statement changes ,and the last two weeks when i call him he told that i should not pressurise him and to make things worse is that he never gave me any update and i really need my car back because currently i do not have any source of transport except public transport, your assistance will be highly appreciated.
