Stinking Police service!!!

My sister and I went to the Police station to report my missing cellphone so I could get a case number to submit for insurance claim. When we got to the station, we were attended by a very rude african lady with no name tag. She gave me an affidavid to complete which she then put aside and continued with her business.I asked her how long it was going to take for her to open the case, she told me she doesnt know how long its going to take and that she is still busy with other things so we gonna have to wait. later on a guy came in and the same lady assisted him and totally forgot about us. There were four other Police officers having conversations behind the desks. I asked one of the gentlemen, Mguga if he could assist but he said, \ I dont deal with those
