My name is Miss Nolitha Zohar Ndlazi, and I was at Dr Yusuf Dadoo Street Police Station in Durban on Friday 17 May 2024 around 8am to certify about 50 documents. I was assisted by Officer Mthembu Mvelase who was friendly, enthusiastic, and executed the task with ease and pleasure. He did not keep other clients waiting while certifying my 50 pages, instead was pro-active to serve the clients who had 2 or 1 page in between. There was another lady that insisted on being served by him, and I suspect that he has become popular due to the outstanding manner that he carries himself on the job.

I would like to share my gratitude for the exceptional and dazzling service which I received from the police station and thank the ministry of police for employing such civil servants that are customer service oriented. Officer Mthembu connects, he communicates, he is friendly, efficient, he cares and is professional.

He has surely added a smile, and warmth during my visit in Durban, and has made my days in this city really memorable and wonderful.
