ST Faith's police station

I am writing about ST Faith's Police Station. We had a case at home and reported to them , and in the process,they insulted my mother. I just justice for my mother, why he had to insult her like that way , and if there are means to open a case against him I am willing to help my mother go through the whole process. I want to know if the procedure of handling cases allows someone to insult one another.
