Springs police station cancelled case without any court proceedings

My ***s got shot by the SPCA because they were limping according to the animal cruelty act. Which I allowed them to do so. The SPCA then took the ***s along with them without my concern 2 of them. The metro police who shot them was not assigned to shoot the ***s. I then proceeded to springs police station to open a case against them for taking what's not theirs. They gave me a case number 21/12/18 which was opened When I queried about the case they later told me it was cancelled by the station commander even though I never attended any court proceedings. I only found out that the case was closed when I contacted the warrant officer at springs . All I want is to go to court and for the state to tell me what happened to those ***s and what is the solution my contact numbers are ********** 578
