The ONLY time I'll report any type of crime I'm affected by, to the police - is if my insurance needs it.

Reporting anything else,regardless of severity without a third-party reason is absolutely fruitless.

The police is SO useless that it shouldn't be a full time profession ,but something done part time because the value and service SAPS delivers is laughable and on par with entry level filing work-hence the only seemingly consistent thing they CAN do is affidavits, but that's about all they're good for.
